Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mix of experiences at the hotel. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a little balcony, although it was much smaller than expected with an interior view. The service was overall friendly and welcoming, but there were instances where the staff were not as pleasant as I hoped. The location was convenient with easy access to metro lines, but it wasn't perfect in terms of spaciousness. The dining options were okay, but I expected a little more variety for the rate. The facilities met my basic needs, nothing outstanding but sufficient for a comfortable stay.
Even though the rooms were small, they were absolutely clean and well-arranged, but the extractors and ventilation were quite noisy. Despite being cleaned daily, the space was so small we could not move about safely. The hotel offered breakfast to compensate for the inconvenience, and the staff, in general, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly placed for arrivals from Gare du Nord and reasonably priced for Paris, although it was not perfect with a small room and a very nice breakfast. The dining options were fairly basic, but the breakfast was plentiful, fresh, and varied. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with some spacious options and friendly, helpful service. The location is convenient near metro stations, though interior views may not be as appealing. The dining experience is satisfactory for light meals. Overall, a good value for money stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and close to Lafayette and the Opera house, offering more space than your average Paris hotel room at the same price. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from Opera Garnier and replete with cafes, restaurants, and eclectic shops. The service was super friendly and very careful, making me feel well taken care of. The dining experience was average but perfectly adequate for a 3-star rating, with lots of options available.
I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. Despite its convenient location within walking distance to many attractions and the subway, the rooms were small and lacked hot water throughout my stay. The noisy ventilation system in the well-yard was a downside. On the positive side, the service was attentive and accommodating, making our weekend visit more pleasant. While the dining options were basic, the breakfast room had a delightful atmosphere. However, I was left extremely disappointed overall and wouldn't recommend this place to others.
The hotel offers a great location near Gare du Nord train station, making it easy to get around. The rooms were a bit suffocated but ultimately comfortable. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, although some services came at an extra cost. The dining experience, while not perfect, provided a decent selection of food. Overall, a decent choice for a stay in a tourist-friendly area.
The hotel is quirky in design, fitting perfectly with the 'Opera' district. Rooms are small with a less than ideal heating system. Service is fantastic, with attentive and welcoming staff available 24 hours. The location offers easy access to cafes, restaurants, and boutiques, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Dining options are limited, but satisfactory. Overall, a unique and convenient stay with some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The rooms were clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and surprisingly spacious for Parisian standards. The bathroom was particularly big, which was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast served was a great addition to the experience. However, the dining options could have been more varied. The location was perfect, just a short walk from Gare du Nord, offering easy access to the metro and charming restaurants. The service was professional and helpful, especially with my quirky requests. It was lovely to be close to a popular street with cafes and restaurants but still enjoy a quiet environment. I had a really good time overall, but I wished there were more dining choices available.
I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and had a decent experience. The room, although a bit noisy due to the ventilation system, was bigger than expected, allowing for easy movement and luggage space. It was overheated at times, and the heating system wasn't perfect. The service was top-notch, the staff was friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. The hotel's location was convenient, close to train stations and good dining spots. Unfortunately, the dining options were limited for the price paid, but overall, it was a satisfactory stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quiet, elegant, and full of character with good quality linen and furnishings, making them very clean, comfortable, and a perfect size for us. The soundproofing was excellent when the door was closed, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The service was extremely helpful with directions and sightseeing, and the location was great with easy access to public transport and lively areas. The dining experience was super with a plentiful breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, and overall, it was a fantastic value for money.
The hotel's room was very tiny but provided a comfortable stay. The service was amazing, although the dining experience was below average. The location was good and within walking distance to attractions, shops, and restaurants.
