The location was great. I could easily walk to many attractions. The staff was also friendly and helpful..
The room was not satisfactory. The air conditioning was broken. Water leaked onto the carpet. I reported this to the concierge, but a room change was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. one of the lamps did not work.

i really liked that free coffee were offered all day! it was a awesome bonus. the location is great near the opera district, it is walkable to most places. the staff were very friendly and helped me with suggestions.
sadly, the room aircon didn't work properly. there was just one pillow each on the bed. i found stains on the spare pillow in the wardrobe.

some issues during stay
tight shower spaceannoying noise
i found some aspects frustrating the room i was initially given was quite small it felt cramped the bathroom layout was awkward the shower space was tight i also found the lack of soundproofing annoying i could hear noise from the hallway i was hoping for a quieter stay

the hotel room was quite large. it included a safety deposit box and daily cleaning service. breakfast had pastries, bread, and a very nice coffee machine. staff provided free tea and water in the lobby all day.
i found the television had very limited english channels.
